This project infills one of the last vacant blocks in a densifying area near Center City, navigating the transition from a gritty, bustling main street to an adjacent quiet residential block. Along South Street, an 11-unit apartment building with ground floor retail is clad in overlapping metal screens, embracing the punk rock vibe of the area, while 5 single family units along Kater Street interact with its more traditional, intimate fabric.
