HIGHER RESOLUTION

Miami is a city of towers and single-family homes with very little in between. What if there were more of a middle ground? A higher resolution model - one focused on the missing middle scale - could create a more flexible and resilient urban fabric while unlocking new development potential. The HI RES prototype doubles Miami’s typical suburban-scale FAR, creating a medium-scale urban fabric with up to 10x typical unit density. Diverse layout possibilities allow for context sensitivity and development flexibility.
